Getting Started

Before you list anything on the Veteran e-Art Gallery marketplace, read through the selling methods and payment setup below.

WAYS TO SELL

Physical

TAG: Physical

You ship the product yourself, directly to the buyer. You're responsible for packaging, shipping, and delivery from start to finish.

Include an approximate shipping cost in your listing — a general estimate based on typical size/weight is fine, it doesn't need to be exact, but buyers should never be surprised by shipping at checkout.

Print

TAG: Print

Your artwork is printed and fulfilled through Printique — you upload the image, Printique handles production and shipping. This includes canvas, metal, and other print finishes.

Full setup instructions, sizing, and pricing are on the next page.

Digital

TAG: Digital

The buyer receives a digital file — there's no physical product and nothing gets printed or shipped through Printique.

Same as Physical in one key way: you fulfill the order yourself — in this case, by delivering the file to the buyer after purchase. No shipping cost applies.

Always tag every listing with its product type — Physical, Print, or Digital — no matter what you're selling. This is how the marketplace knows how to route the order, calculate the correct commission, and know whether fulfillment happens through you or through Printique.

Getting paid

Create a PayPal Business account

Every seller needs a PayPal Business account (not a personal one) — this is how your earnings get paid out, and how the marketplace splits commission correctly at checkout.

1
Log in and go to your Seller Dashboard.
2
Navigate to Profile > Payment Details (sometimes labeled Payment Configuration) in the side menu.
3
In the payment method dropdown, select PayPal.
4
Enter your exact, verified PayPal Business email address — double-check it for typos, since this is what your payout gets routed to.
5
Click Save or Update to lock in the configuration.

Once saved, the platform maps your seller ID to that PayPal email. Every time a customer checks out, your correct earnings split routes automatically — no manual payout requests needed.

A few more things that help
The product type tag (Physical / Print / Digital) and the size/variant tags serve different purposes — one tells the system how to fulfill the order, the other tells it how to price and commission it. Both matter, and listings missing either can be delayed or mispriced.
If your PayPal email doesn't exactly match your verified Business account, payouts can fail silently — it's worth double-checking this any time you update your account details.
If you're ever unsure which selling method fits what you're offering, ask before listing rather than guessing — the wrong tag can send an order to the wrong fulfillment path.

Print Setup: Canvas Size & Price Guide

Canvas printing costs and official shipping box sizing, for sellers listing under the Print method on the Veteran e-Art Gallery marketplace.

This page applies only if your listing is tagged Print. Selling Physical or Digital? See Page 1.

1

The prices below are the base printing cost for each size. Set your final listing price by adding your own artist price on top of this base cost.

2

You don't need to offer every size on this list — add the ones you'd like as variants for your listing. Offer as many or as few sizes as make sense for the piece.

3

Always add each size you offer as its own variant, and give that variant its own product tag with the exact dimension. Commission is calculated directly from the dimension listed on that variant.

4

Include the canvas size directly in the variant name (e.g. 16x20 Canvas, not just Medium) so buyers and the fulfillment system can both read it at a glance.

5

Add each variant to its matching product Collection (e.g. the 8x8 collection) — this is separate from the tag, and it's what determines which commission tier actually applies to that size.

6

Check that your artwork's aspect ratio matches the size you're listing before publishing. If your image doesn't match the print's proportions, Printique will crop it to fit, which can affect composition and quality. Verifying this is your responsibility as the seller, not Printique's or the marketplace's.

7

Always add the Print tag to any listing that is a canvas print, so it is correctly recognized and categorized for commission.
